Gym buddy - David Lloyd’s Poole

I’m currently 12 weeks and just starting to get some energy back. I’d like l to start doing more gym sessions whilst I can, I’m nervous about the classes as I feel like that’s too much right now but some light cardio, weights and stretching feels achievable would anyone like to join me at David Lloyd’s Poole?

Oh no, I left recently 😭 I will say that if you find Jen's class (Body pump) and tell her your situation, she'll start you off with super light weights and a fun class.

Hey, I’m a member and would be interested to hang out. I’ve not really been in the gym much (at all 😬) since my daughter was born but swim with her there quite a bit. When I was pregnant last time I did the yoga classes pretty much until the end which was awesome but it’s trickier now. 🙃 Maybe we could meet, swim and have a drink before/after ☺️
