You don’t need folic acid after 12 weeks. Multivitamins are optional, as my midwife and doctor have said. I’m only taking vitamin D atm.

I take wild nutrition + omega 3 (as I don't eat oily fish) and vitamin D. They don't have any taste and they're fine. You can maybe have them with a nice smoothie or juice? My midwife didn't say to stop them so it can't hurt to keep taking them especially if you're not sure you'll be getting everything you and baby need. I'd also recommend setting a reminder on your phone 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've started doing that for a lot of things 😅

I take Proceive from Holland and Barrett and they’ve got 1st, 2nd& 3rd trimester ones and they are really good. Take 2 a day and they’ve got 28 different vitamins and minerals in them xx

I just do pregnacare you can swallow it every day no problem, no taste.

Because of severe nausea and vomiting, I only took folic acid the first 12w, then nothing, I'm better now but too afraid to be sick again. Pregancare make me nauseous. My midwife only recommended vitamins D anyway but I'm still too anxious to take it and still on anti emetic. If you have issue remembering taking your vitamins put a reminder on your phone , like the pill

Go to Morrisons or anywhere tbh. Get vitamin d (check the right dosage it’s a tiny tiny amount) that’s all you need. I take the healthy start vitamins you get from your midwife (Scotland) but I didn’t the first time we weren’t given them until I switched health boards at 20 odd weeks. But I took folic acid, vit d for my first pregnancy and this pregnancy I’m just taking the healthy start vitamins which has C, D and folic acid
