Do we give calpol before or after baby’s injections? We have ours tomorrow and I’m dreading it

My son is 5 mo and he used to drink roughy 1l breastmilk. We combo feed now for about a month and last few days he’s been drinking only like 750-800ml a day and has so much spit up. Like almost full on vomit.
