Best formula for constipation and colic ?
We use kendamil comfort at the moment but my baby is pooing every 4 days with this, and seems to be in a lot of pain the days leading up to it and while pooing.

Yeh I would change to aptimal. My baby girl was soooo constipated on Kendamil.. if you touch the formula it is soooo grainy and thick. We put her on aptimal & she was different baby. It is much more powdery.. not as grainy.
But also may I add we went to the doctors with her. As she would scream in pain for hours trying to poop.. so they gave some constipation relief sachets to put in her milk & this helped so much. X

We used Kendamil at first and our little girl was exactly the same, really struggling to pass wind and poop, crying and seemed in pain, so we switched to cow and gate comfort and she goes at least once a day now and doesn’t struggle to pass wind either, much more settled and happy baby
