What should I do
Hi my ex's sister had a baby she asked me to come over and watch him to me it looks like he has black eyes his skin is cold to the touch and is purple and blotchy and i told her we should take him to er and he's refusing his bottle idk what to do she don't want to take him. He's not even a month old

Looks normal too me but if your worried take him in
Is he drowsy constantly? How much has he fed? My baby became like this when she started refusing milk, she was dehydrated and needed a drip

That doesn’t really look like a black eye from this picture but obviously you will know best as you can see him. I am assuming you’re referring to mottled skin? This CAN be very common on babies but only if they’re skin is always like it, obviously if it’s knew then it can be a sign they are unwell if something isn’t adding up and you’re worried for this baby’s safety then definitely reach out to the relevant people xx
