So I soak the chia seeds with almond milk and then blend mangoes and mix it together let it sit overnight then give it to her but I’m worry that those chias/seed can effect her tummy because they are hard even after soaking they a bit chewable. Has anyone given their 5 month old any 6 month old jars? My LO is so hungry she’s ready for food but they don’t do many jars for 4 months plus so can I give her the 6 months as it’s only a month away!?
