Baby not eating well

My 15 month old baby girl is not eating well, she likes fruits so I give her that for breakfast and cheerios some days, she does like pancakes, waffles, toast... Nothing but fruits. Lunch and dinner are a nightmare, she won't eat, sometimes she'll eat meat, rice, beans and THAT'S IT! she won't eat veggies or anything else. I don't know what else to do, I've offer her plenty of of things but she just does like them. Since she's not eating well Ibe been giving her gel milk as usual but I'm feeling very frustrated, she's even waking up once at night super hungry (she usually doesn't wake up). What can I do to make her eating more and to like food?

It sounds like you are doing so many of the right things by continuing to offer her a variety of foods! Do you do meals with her? Like let her feed you, you feed her, etc. My daughter likes to feed us first, especially “new” foods, and then is more willing to try them herself. I’m also not against hiding veggies 🤷🏼‍♀️ My girls lovesss smoothies and it’s so easy to add nutrients to those but the taste be masked by fruit! I’ve also started something new with my daughter when she turns her nose up at something or says no to what I offer. I tell her she doesn’t have to like it, but I need her to try it. If she doesn’t willingly pick it up and try it, we’ll be dramatic and do a little airplane loopy loop to her mouth. Most times, once she tastes it, she realizes she likes it. If she doesn’t, I don’t push. Another thing that makes my daughter eat just about anything is giving her the option to “dip it.” Ketchup, ranch, hummus, it doesn’t matter. She loves to dip! Hopefully this is helpful!

My daughter eats great all day long until dinner. The last couple of weeks she has refused and will survive off fruit and a graham cracker. She gets a graham cracker every night before bed because I want to make sure she at least has something

Can you mix veggies into what she does eat? If she'll eat meat, maybe you can add some veggies to meatballs. There are lots of muffin recipes using beans or you can make nacho meat by adding onions and diced tomatoes to beef and black beans. You can make stir fries with meat in rice and add a bit of veggies. I'd start with them finely chopped in a food processor and increase in size as she gets more used to it.
