We have more success with some than others. Roasted Red Peppers, Corn on the Cob and Petit Pois Peas are like gold! 🤣

We have the same issue the most I can get her to have is Ella’s smoothies. I’ve tried everything I can think off. Going to make some soup to try hide them and a sweet tomato veg sauce I can try on pizza and chicken 🤷🏼‍♀️

There’s a few veg maceronis online with hidden veggies that some parents rave about but not personally tried them Ours loves fruit but never much luck for veg I’m on my second and she’s getting flung all the vegetables she seems to like them for baby led weaning but definitely not the pouches 🤣 Or smoothie making can even just keep it simple of just milk and banana and milk and strawberry and say it’s milkshakes xx

Ask her to cut them, in that time encourage her to test them

Peas and sweetcorn are a hit, as seem to be carrots! But for other veg I try and cut them up small and put them in a pasta sauce and he seems to eat them all, so that’s good! But fortunately he does just love all fruit so that’s easy for us. Oranges are a favourite atm, as they also get to peel them at the same time which he loves lol xx

If we make them really tiny 😂I.e. in a tomato/bolognaise sauce for pasta or spaghetti, then they get eaten 😂

I would say try smoothies xx

I steam veg and then blend it with cream cheese and make it into a pasta sauce.

For my daughter we used to make some air fried potatoes balls kinds how u woukd make cheesy mash and i would always put broccoli ,cheese , egg and other veg as their is endless options now she eats her veg hope this helps basically a veg croquettes if you know what they are xxx

Smoothies, hidden veg sauces, three cheese macaroni with hidden veg in the cheese sauce, homemade ice lollies (obviously better in summer 😅), chicken/beef and veg pie, mix veg into homemade low salt gravy if you have gravy with a meal, fruity porridge
