I see reels and videos of people making their baby food but I cannot cook I have no idea how to do anything so would love a book for this quick and easy things like fruit pancakes etc. Does anyone know a good one they could recomend please?

Hi guys so my baby is now 8 months with 3/4 bottom teeth and I’m trying to give him thicker consistency food. The stage two is way too thin, but I find that he is gagging which I hear is normal but sometimes he throws up. How do I go about this?

I’ve read that with BLW you have to trust the process and it can take up to 8 weeks for baby to get the hang of. Only asking because ours has all 3 meals at nursery but dinner is at 3;30 and she will eat something at home after but are you just doing snack type things or actual hot meals?
