Best "pizza" base?
Kiddo has been eating a lot of "pizza". So far we've used tortillas and bagels as the base with standard toppings. I know English muffins are also a classic option. Any other options out there?

I use pita
Flatbread or pita I prefer a naan or roti kinda flatbread
biscuits!!

@Asha same! I prefer naan for homemade quick pizzas. Kiddo approved too.
I make it. Homemade pizza base. I need to leave for 4hrs to rise though. So I make it in the morning and leave all day to rise then I’ll roll it out and put toppings on
@Kellie 4 hours sounds nice, my pizza dough is an overnight thing so it's more of a dinner than a quick lunch
Baguettes or subs are great for pizza too! Also not sure you can get English Crumpets in the Us but pizza crumpets are delicious 😋
