Eating on holiday

We’re currently on holiday in Spain and my LB has a cold, but he is also eating terribly. Only thing he’s eating that’s heathy are olives, grapes and watermelon. I know not heathy but he won’t even eat chips. He’s barely eating at all, won’t even eat yogurt. Has anyone else gone on holiday and eating just gone out the window? He will of course happily eat crisps when his dad is eating them!

Just back from Greece, toddler ate so bad and is such a good eater back home! We just leant in to it and took his lead and let him eat what he wanted. One day he had like 3 chips and that was all. He started eating normally at home when we got back. I think it’s quite common. Over the course of a day when we were there he probably ate like 1 full meal a day spread out over a day, a few bites here and there!

So we were relaxed and offered chips, crisps, chocolate, nuggets, plain rice was also a winner - whatever he would eat really!

My son didn't eat as much when we went to Spain. I just rolled with it as I thought I'm not letting the stress get to me on my only abroad holiday 🤣 he soon ate back to normal at home lol. But on holiday he ate loads of chips and ice cream and crisps but I just saw it he's eating something that's the main thing xx

I'm glad I took a big bag of uk snacks for my LB. we just got back and he ate quite bad. Luckily I was able to get some chocolate chip buns from lidl or he would of been eating cheese crackers the whole time 😂
