How soon can doctors tell you gender through ultrasound

Have been thinking about this as we only have 2 scans through the NHS how will they know what’s the actual position of the baby in the day that we go into labour? Do they do a scan in the hospital? I’m starting to get a bit anxious with all of these silly questions

Hi I’m 19weeks and getting the odd stitch feeling above my groin, I have my 20week scan next week just wondering what kind of feelings and movements are normal. I bought a Doppler and I’m sure it’s her heartbeat I pick up and not mine just looking for some reasurrance. I also told midwife buf she said it’s normal.

I just went for my 34 week midwife appointment and my midwife has said I’m measuring way over than what I’m supposed to she said I’m on the 97th percentile 😱 she’s taken my blood for another glucose test and booked me in for a growth scan which she said they will let me know when they book it .
