How did everyone get rid of the sticky residue from the dressing after a c section? My midwife took my dressing off today and is happy with the wound etc, but now I’m so sticky and my skin is sticking together 🙃 obviously can’t scrub it or use soap but my skin is sticking to other skin and it’s a gross feeling

Please any advice to induce labor naturally. My due date is October 14 ( this coming Monday) and no signs of contractions yet 🥲

Had my second sweep today. She said cervix is a little back still but it’s very squishy, soft. Any tips on how to get little miss onto this side of the world? Sex, walking, bouncing and moving on my ball. Positive stories of people going into labour in the next 24-48 hours? 🙏

My Dr offered to have me pick a date to be induced during my last week of pregnancy which would be Oct 29 - Nov 5. I have the option of choosing however I’m leaning more towards c section. Please drop experiences and also is your mummy pouch worse with a c section or same thing?

Hello ladies, I’ve been prescribed inhixa injections into the belly after my c section.. I was given 52 days! I keep forgetting to do them! Is anyone else in the same boat or did anyone not complete the course? My belly is so bloody sore and bruised from them it makes me not want to do them anymore.

Has anyone planned to give birth at the stepping hill birth centre and then when they’ve gone into labour there isn’t room / a midwife available and it’s caused issues? I don’t want to set my heart on it if there is a high chance they’ll cancel me! 🫣
