How did everyone get rid of the sticky residue from the dressing after a c section?
My midwife took my dressing off today and is happy with the wound etc, but now I’m so sticky and my skin is sticking together 🙃 obviously can’t scrub it or use soap but my skin is sticking to other skin and it’s a gross feeling

If you have been using oil for stretch marks use that and gently rub the area with a clean damp cloth with the oil
I used some surgical spirit and it worked so well
Baby oil!
My midwife told me to use nail polish remover on a cotton ball but to be VERY careful. I tried baby oil and it did nothing
