I just did this exercise too, but no labor yet …I just am having contraction everyday that eventually stop leading to nothing. So frustatinggggggg. My due date is oct 19

Nothing just be patient and wait for your baby to come naturally. Everything that you may see in Google is just old mid wives tales.
