Driving after c-section

They recommend 2 weeks but I started before then bc I was able to handle it.. listen your body boo

I waited 6 weeks because my insurance wouldn’t cover me until 6 weeks after but I felt perfectly fine to drive after about 2/3 weeks

A week. I had to drive my son to daycare

I was told until I was pain-free without pain medications. Even though I felt fine after 1 week with pain meds, I didn't need to drive/ had my husband home for a bit at first so I started driving around 2 weeks

A week. Doctor said as soon as I could comfortably shoulder check and hit the breaks I was good.

I drove after one week

9 days x

2 weeks cause I live in Houston and the roads are bumpy everywhere I couldn’t even take it being in a passenger seat

3 days.. but they recommend 2 weeks

I waited 4 weeks. I was advised just when I could do an emergency stop. I drive an automatic so it’s pressure in the tummy we only one foot would be involved.
