Leaky night nappies - front sleeping baby

My baby has started sleeping on his front (usually bum in the air) and he has also now started having leaking nappies every night which obviously means a change of clothes and sheets and that is then causing an hour or two wakes in the middle of the night. Any advice?

Bedtime

My 4 year old daughter is still waking up a couple times throughout the night and trying (sometimes successfully) to get into my bed. Is this common? How do I navigate through this, I thought we’d be over it by now. She begs every night to sleep in my room and sometimes I’m just too tired to put up a fight.

Baby slept in my bed when ill now hard to go back to hers

My 22 month old has never been the best of sleepers but has been good at sleeping in her own room. However, for the past week I've suspected she's been having her bottom molars coming in (dribbley, prone to upset quickly, bad sleep). One night she just wouldn't go down and it was 1am and I just gave in and let her ...

We also do lots of activities like tummy time, reading and playing with toys but I am so tired myself by 9 o clock how do I entertain her so late on?? Just would appreciate some adv...

2 to 1 nap transition

Hey all, I’m just wanting your experience with when your LO went to 1 nap. I feel like this will be difficult because it’s a massive chunk in the middle of the day for nap time. How do you deal with this if you want to go out for the day? Have to make it home for nap time? My girl won’t nap longer than 30-40 mins in...

Coughing at night

Please any suggestions 😅 My poor little girl has had a on and off cough for a few weeks since starting nursery. She’s been checked at the doctors and no concerns but night times are a real struggle with her being comfortable sleeping with it. She’s also a belly sleeper which probably doesn’t help with the…

Going to Spain next week and I’m petrified my daughter is going to get poorly whilst we’re there and I’m looking for any sign of things wrong now which is making me worse. Anyone else’s toddler started waking up grumpy after their nap? Mine always used to wake up happy and is now grumpy sometimes for hours after her naps. Is it a phase? Or am I doing something wrong?

Hello, first time mom here 👋 My son is 4 months old, a few weeks his sleep patterned changed. He went from sleeping in his pram of a day to only contact napping in the day, however he will sleep all night without hassle. Is there anything I can do to get him to let me put him down to sleep in the day? Every time I…

Combining sleepsack and duvet after 1yr

Our little one (13m) often gets cold, so we add blankets on top of his sleepsack. Do you think it's OK to use a toddler duvet instead?

I'm at my wits end with bedtime 😭

My 5mo is a great napper (well, as far as babies go). She naps fine in her pram or carrier and if we are at home it takes a bit of settling but she will sleep in her cot. However, bed time is starting to drive me mad. She cannot link sleep cycles so I'll put her down for the night and she'll do a 40 minute stretch ...

Normal or not?

Is it normal for baby to not sleep a wink after their vaccinations? Our 13 Week old had his 8 week vaccines late (today) and he's literally slept for all of half an hour all day. Tried getting him down for the night and he's just up being very upset and not sleeping 🫠😪
