My 9 month old has a cold and seems to be pooing 4-5 times a day at the moment. He’s formula fed with 2 meals a day (breakfast and dinner). Is this normal or should I take him to the GP? I've seen a few things online that say give baby some cooled boiled water in between feeds for constipation. Is this not recommended? I've seen this on some reputable websites but not sure if 5 weeks is too young

please boil your water and put in a bowl when it cools off boil water warm the other bowl water and bath your baby with it.it wont cause no baby rash or dry skin or hair break.i never use water from the tap to bath my baby and it helped her,u can use this bowl or any type of bowl to save more water.
