Runny bum electrolytes
My 8 month old has caught a tummy bug and has had a runny bum for a few days now. He literally farts and poos and you can hear bubbles in his tummy. What can I give him apart from water and beige food group?

I’d give some dioralyte to make sure his electrolytes are ok, other than that just whatever he can stomach!
