I had a gender scan today at 16+5 and when I saw this on the screen I was thinking a boy, but says a girl. Does it look like a girl for sure?

I went for my scan today where I should be 6+1 but they put me at 5+1 and said it was inconclusive my partner said he could see something flicker. The dates don't add up and that means gor 3 weeks mg hcg was high, and now I'm even more worried that it isn't developing properly.
