Follicular cyst
I had my scan at 7 weeks and they said that all is good with the baby, but I have a 8 cm cyst in the right side. I had a check up in mid july so I know it’s new and apparently looks like a follicular cyst. The scan lady told me to contact my midwife asap because of the size of it but I don’t have a midwife yet. I have also done a private consultation and they said it’s fine and might be gone in few weeks and just come back if the pain is there.
Before the scan in terms of symptoms I only get pain if I sneeze. Anyone else been told this about the cyst and then it was gone.

I have the same. The pain from it had us all worried it was an ectopic pregnancy, but 2 scans later, pregnancy is in the right place and noone seems concerned by the cyst anymore. It still hurts but I'm trying not to worry now either

I was told the same thing at my 6 week scan for my first pregnancy. My midwife said it’s common and they usually disappear. By my 12 week scan it had gone and was never mentioned again? Currently have a 3 year old sat next to me so was all fine x
