Top to bottom is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Does this line progression look OK to you? I'm just so paranoid!

So last week my test said 2-3 weeks and I started having implantation bleeding had it for 3days now. Today my test should say 3+ but its saying 1-2weeks now 🥺 does this mean something is wrong? I really was hoping it says 3+ today because I'm high risk for misscariages 🥺🥺 but instead a week later its gone down.

Is anybody taking Insulin for Gestational Diabetes and after they eat the numbers are high? I take it 10 minutes before breakfast and before bed. I wait an hour before sticking my finger and my numbers are always about 145 it supposed to be 140. I have an appointment on Tuesday but I feel this isn’t right.
