I have a 19-month-old, and I wonder every day how I’m going to manage everything. My biggest worry is giving birth itself. I have no idea how my little boy will handle sleep and nap times, or just a few days without me while I’m in the hospital – not to mention the weeks following a possible C-section.
Pregnant with my second and my little girl is 15 months, I’m encouraging her to walk places where I would usually just scoop her up and carry her.
I still carry my 3 year old a lot, and walk our dog with her in a carrier on my back 🫣 it's definitely going to be a challenge. She's fine now but if she'd been younger I'd probably have focused on teaching her to climb into the car seat on her own ready for later down the line x
I’m pregnant with my second. My boy is 15mo. I’m terrified tbh 😂
I think I’m going to have a chat with my midwife about it all! I’m very much hoping I have the same one this time round! It’s lovely to hear that there’s a few of us with a similar age gap. Hopefully we can all support each other as we go along! I just think it’s a shame that the littles (soon to be bigs) won’t quite understand what’s going on, and why mummy might need to go away for a little while.
I have an 18m old and it’s relentless. The pregnancy tired heightens with a toddler to chase after hahaha
I have a 16 month old too! Exhausted at the moment but nothing else. Luckily my husband does a lot but hard when he is working!
I have a 2 year old, and can still do all lifting and carrying at the moment, even in first pregnancy I was able to carry 2 year old twins while full term, only thing I’m worried about is having another c-section, really going to push for a vbac as there’s no way my little one will not want climb all over me or want to be carried
I have 34 month toddler and he wants to be carried at times...so tired...
Definitely worried too my little Arthur will be 2 1/2 when they are born and I will likely have a c section again so worried about not being able to pick him up put him to bed etc 😬
This will be my third! My little girl has just turned 3 and my little boy will be 2 in January, there’s 15 months between them. It’s definitely more tiring this time around, I’m finding it hard to keep up with them both haha. My husbands in the army so I end up solo parenting a lot and I’m very much ready for my bed by the end of the day xx
I also have a 16 month old. At the moment, physically, I can still lift and carry him. I’m just going to take it a day at a time. 😊. Struggling with the tiredness though 🥱 😅.
