I normally take ovulation test but I ran out I was just trying to see if anyone else uses any of these apps and if they are normally correct I just started using the ovia and premom Flo is normally a lil off for me
I never trust the apps because its just a guess/prediction based off your previous cycles for ovulation. Wouldnt really know when you ovulated unless you test or you know for sure what day you ovulate each cycle
I have all these and it’s hard to say which is the best. Flo is always a little behind for me though. Premom if you have used it for a while helps the best in my opinion but it’s still just a guess. Since you didn’t have tests to take this time I would say go with Flo since it’s only 7dpo just so you have a few days extra before testing
If the apps are the only way you’re confirming ovulation than I wouldn’t trust either
