Can't find a job

Idk what else to do. I've gone through temp agencies but the hours conflict with school hours. I can't pass the assessments for these jobs on my own and I'm starting to doubt my abilities. I'm already homeless and in my car with my child and it's getting grim. Idk what else to do. I need a job to see my worth and of...

Maternity leave EI

Ok little confused here.. I know you need 600hours to get EI but do you need the "best weeks" too which I think is 21 in BC? If so, does that mean if you don't work 21 weeks and make at least $63k, you won't get the max benefits? Because that sicks then...600hours can be less than 21 weeks so then you are being forc...

I am currently on leave until Nov 15th. I do not plan to return to work as I will be home raising my child. I plan to get a side hustle or something to bring in income. Dentist- maternity exemption for costs

Hi all, has anyone done any dental work whilst pregnant and used maternity exemption certificate for not paying for the dental work? I wonder if this includes just fillings or also polish and clean (hygenist teeth maintenance) - as I have used liquid iron that has visibly stained my teeth.

Work questioning if fit to return due to low PAPP-A

I'm due back off maternity leave in Nov. I'm now pregnant with #2 and have low PAPP-A. My work has asked permission to talk to my midwife or GP to ensure I am fit to return due to low PAPP-A.
