Hi! Does anyone in the Portland OR area have any knowledge of pregnancy workout classes or groups (that won’t break the bank)? I’ve been doing app workouts but would love to actually workout with and connect with other expectant mamas in person! Thanks!

Sciatica Pain

Any tips on sciatica pain? I’m 38 weeks and my lower back is killing me, especially when I walk. It feels like when I move my left leg it hurts my lower back. In addition, should I take a break from my CrossFit gym? Honestly just looking for any advice here!! TIA!!
