YouTube: Body Project is my go to.
Genuinely I did (and occasionally still do) mom & baby work outs on YouTube! We started with yoga ones where you are instructed thru yoga poses to do while holding your baby & then I felt confident in just replacing any weights with my child LOLOL so I’d pick him up and use him as some weight with my squats or lunges until he wanted to go down and run about on his own and then I’d scoop him back up when he got into trouble or back in my way again! Kept him involved in the activities instead of in my way! And he learned how to do a bunch of stretches with me when we did the yoga stints!
I do barre workout when my 11 Month old is napping.

Use your baby as a weight for work outs such as hibachi thrust or squats or even throwing her up in the air for arm work outs usually small sprints from one end of the house to another works too
Take advantage of nap times. Home workouts - try out YouTube.
Your partner can’t watch them while their home??
I usually put my son in the play pen, lay a yoga mat near him for either Pilates or yoga. use YouTube or fitness apps. He likes it bc of the screen the music and the movements lol
