How did you decide between a separate baby potty v. Attachment to your toilet? We only have one bathroom and are starting young (1). I think I am leaning towards a baby toilet for these reasons but I have no idea what I am doing and welcome all advice and opinions.

This might sound stupid but when using a carry potty outside do you just use it public or do you take it to the toilet and use on the toilet floor?
