How many weeks should you be before using at home fetal Dopplers

What does it mean if at a 24 week growth scan the babies kidneys are dilated and the nuchlal fold is thick? My best friends doctor said possible genetic issues but nothing came up in either side when the parents (my friend and her husband) did genetic testing.

What’s people’s final thoughts? Got my gender reveal on Sunday, I’ve had a mixture of opinions so far!😀

Went for a private scan yesterday and we were blessed that baby woke up and wiggled for us. Genuinely never been so shocked, seen the heartbeat twice and now seen baby move. Never even got to see a heartbeat last time so this was a blessing ❤️

Had a reassurance scan measuring 6w 3 days so only 1 day difference. Could see strong heart beat which was lovely.

How/when do you find out which percentile your baby is in? I haven’t heard anything about this.
