Hey everyone, can you recommend a good pregnancy exercise app? There seem to be so many out there, which makes choices difficult. Thanks in advance ☺️
If you have health insurance, it may cover some of your maternity needs like pregnancy belts and breast pump. My sister in law told me some do so I spoke to my insurance and my insurance said they cover the cost.

Is there a test I can take for pregnancy 3 days after unprotected sex? Or do I have to wait 1-2 weeks?
Has anyone read any good pregnancy books they would recommend? 📚
I know they aren’t mind readers but I have an appointment tomorrow at 39+6 and I’m wondering if she might be able to give me a clue of where I stand and if labour looks likely or not so likely. It’s on my notes I’m trying to avoid a sweep so I’ve been told they won’t offer me one. But will I get any other examinations?
Been tracking since CD 12. Cycles are around 32- 35 days never shorter than 30. Unsure what’s going on this month as cannot seem to find a peak? Peak was CD 19 last month.
Does anyone know if need to schedule this with my midwife or am I expecting them to let me know when my appointment will be? Any advice appreciated
Hi all, I found out I am pregnant last week (around 4 weeks now). I called the GP to book my first appointment (unsure what to ask for). The receptionist was also unsure and booked me a midwife appointment, hoping it’s a booking in appointment. Does anyone know if the midwife will ring ahead of the appt to confirm. ...

How long do the results take normally to come back. I had a blood test on the 29th. Since finding out this is a possibility all I’ve crav...

I think the best item that I could possibly suggest for a pregnant woman to buy is a nightlight for the bathroom. One that adjusts automatically to the light and turns on when it's dark. $6 at Walmart and I'm grateful for it every time I go pee at night.
What happens at 25wk midwife appointment usually?
My blood pressure is up and down. I had a reading of 191/85 earlier and not long after it went down to 150/93. It fluctuates a lot and can also be in the 125/80 mark. Is this normal or should I contact the MAU?
