Can anyone reassure

Found out I’m 5 weeks pregnant, but been suffering with real bad pains in my stomach, abdomen & vagina… is this normal? I had my first son 7 years ago so really can’t remember what pain is normal and what’s not😅

Can I feel baby’s movement at 14 weeks? A lot of the internet says it’s too early but I swear to god I keep feeling it. Mainly when I’m lifting my knees when I’m laid in bed it feels like mild butterflies but a lot lower.

So I’m currently pregnant unsure how far gone roughly 7 weeks but I had brown blood last month is this still classed as a period or do I count from my proper period before that?
