Hi lovely ladies, I’m wondering if anyone had any ‘methods’ they used to conceive a girl. I understand this is a sensitive subject and I wouldn’t like to offend anyone. But next year I would like to start trying and my family would be complete with a girl (3 boys in our blended family). My partner and I will stop...
I'm 38 and want to have another baby, I'm currently going through a divorce. I'm worried if I don't start trying now my windows will close, I'm thinking of using a donar, any thoughts or advice.... all welcome.
Hello everyone, we are considering IVF this year and looking for opinions on what clinic you choose and how much the whole process will cost (to be honest my budget is around 3K max). I will be 30 this July and this will be my first pregnancy. I tried for 1.5 years and still not pregnant, checked everything and it w...
I am going to list the treatments we have done and the tests that were ran and the issues I have. If this is my last chance I want to make sure everything is covered so please if I am missing anything please let me know. 1. Progesterone checked and normal 2. Insulin resistant and taking 2,000 mg of metformin a day ...
We had our 2nd IVF cycle retrieval yesterday. We had 10 eggs retrieved. 5 Mature. 5 too immature 3 fertilized. My estradiol was 1363. Does that sound about right for the mature eggs I had? We will find out next Wednesday if they made it to Blastocyst. I am staying positive and prayerful. All it takes is one. We...
Hey everyone, so I just received my fertility kit in the mail and was excited to try it out for the first time, but when I pulled out the device I noticed that it wasn't turning on or charging when I put it on the charger. I have attempted to use the reset button but it isn't responding to that either. Is there some...

Hi, I've read that only gentle exercise is a must while having ivf treatment, however does anyone know if this is just when the injections start or does it include the (2 weeks for me) norethisterone pills beforehand? I start my pill this Sunday but I've got a few things I desperately need to do like mowing the gard...
So Iv had tests done because Iv had no period for 2 months and everything’s fine. So my question is has anyone got pregnant with no period? Or has anyone taken anything to start it again? I’m looking at Conceive Plus Fertility Supplements has anyone tried these. Thank you in advance ☺️
Yay. If you experienced this tell me about it
So, I conceived my twins using IVF. They are now 3 years old, and I can't bring myself to get rid of anything. Pumps, bottles, needles, medications, even the sharps container... all of it. I do not plan on having any more children but I still find it too hard to part with this stuff. Is anyone else having this issue?
My wife and I are doing our first IUI attempt this week. Please send us all your positive energy and baby juju this way! Anyone have an IUI experience they want to share or advice?
Has anyone’s partner had a vasectomy but then got it reversed and you were able to get pregnant? It’s something my husband and I have been talking about doing. He’s 24 and got it done almost 2 years ago
For all the mamas to be I would like to share something that may help u conceive. I’m in school to become an holistic healthcare practitioner. I’ve been told by multiple drs I could NOT get pregnant and if I did I may not make it to term. However I had told my teacher this she told me I can get u pregnant. (I was tr...
Does anyone know what support (and how to get it) the NHS offers after you’ve had successful IVF? We only got one embryo from our last round so don’t have any frozen. We were extremely fortunate that our one embryo took and we now have our baby girl, but we’d love to have another in the future. We’ve never had a pos...
I had my first IVF baby last June via emergency c section. Due to my low AMH, we want to go for baby number 2 now. I had a scan which showed my lining was thinner than it should be and there was some “calcification” whatever that is! So basically I may have some scar tissue from the c section and my Dr wants me to h...
Any books to read after over a two years TTC ivf journey which involved a blighted ovum, miscarriage, failed transfers and currently pregnant at 29 weeks with my rainbow baby (4 FET’s later) just feel like I need a book to read to ease my mind or someone been through something similar or someone who’s been through t...
Hi all We are seeking fertility coverage by NHS but just started the process and I was concerned about my BMI which is 28. Does BMI play a factor in whether or not NHS will cover treatments??
Hi ladies, just wondering if any of you have done exercises while on treatment? If so, please can you share what you did. I normally do weights, quite heavy. But I’ve heard that it’s a big no no while on treatment. Thanks in advance ❤️
Has anyone on here looked into or pursued adoption while going through IVF? Adoption is a back-up plan my partner and I have discussed if IVF doesn’t work for us. We’ve had one failed IVF cycle so far. We’re tempted to start the adoption process while we pursue another round of IVF to see if either (or both!) work i...
