Insurance to cover pregnancy

Hi everyone! Does anyone have any recommendations for travel insurance to cover pregnancy? I noticed they say you don’t need additional or declare pregnancy but should anything happen doesn’t seem to be covered. I’ll be 23/24 weeks when I fly. Also did anyone else need a fit to fly certificate?
