How much does your baby sleep? My little boy is 8 weeks and seems to still just constantly sleep all day
My 19month old is wetting through her nappies through the night! She never used to it would hardly be wet before but last month I’m constantly washing her sheets daily. She was using pampers number 5/6 pull ups but because she was wetting through I was told to try a cheaper brand as they might even be better so went...
First time mum to a 8 week old little boy, I’m struggling with getting baby down in Moses basket when asleep I’ve tried every trick in the book but everytime I put him down he wakes straight away. I’ve tried putting him down drowsy but again soon as I do he starts what looks like fighting for his life. Even when awa...

Hey mommas! My LO is 6 months as of today! I wanted to see what your experiences with crib training so far have been like? Mine has slept in the bassinet attached to my side of the bed since birth and I still can’t imagine moving her to her own room. Have any of you made the switch yet and how did it go?? Pic for tax…
Bub is only 4w but I’m already planning for when she grows out of her next to me - has anyone got any recommendations for a space saving cot? Not got a lot of space to work with unfortunately! Thanks!
How and when did you transition your baby to a blanket? I've been feeling anxious about doing the transition. My LO is 14 months and is growing out of his sleep sack. I don't want to have to buy more, but I'm so scared to let him go a whole night with only a blanket. I've done a couple of naps with a blanket, but he...
I just have no one to tell who would care but my 16 month old is finally sleeping in her own bed with 1/2 wake ups a night. This is just life changing, for 16 months we’ve had wake ups most nights every two hours or less, we’ve slept in the same bed together and my partner has been sleeping in a different room. We’v...
My LG slept through the night very early on (from about 10 weeks) and did so consistently until we hit the four month regression. Even then, she would go back down with a dummy. She is now almost six months and has started waking after 5 hours and not going back down unless she has a feed, when I do feed her she gul...
I’m waving my white flag looking for some help at bedtime… My little one has always been fine at bedtime, we have a routine and after bottle and stories he would go to sleep on his own without me in the room. The last 4 weeks this has changed and he is needing me to be by his side at bedtime and having multiple wa...
My little girl has had such a blocked nose this week that I’ve had no choice but to go cold turkey on the dummy as she’s been able to suck it no matter what I’ve done to unblock her nose. So I’ve decided that this is the time to get rid of the dummy as we were planning to soon anyway. I’m back to rocking her to sle...
Our little girl will link her sleep cycles at nighttime but never during the day meaning she’s only ever sleeping for 40 minutes at a time in the day, it’s such a nightmare- does anyone have any tips please? Thank you
How do I stop contact naps I'm at the end of my tether now 😬 she will easily do a 2 or 3 hour contact nap but in the bed it's 20 to 30 minutes and to get it to go further I have to stay in the bedroom with her. I honestly have no time to do anything the house is a mess we have barely any clothes because the laundry…
Wondering whether we need to shorten our nap as night sleep has gone shocking, but he definitely still needs a decent length or he's so grumpy
Hi everyone my little one has been refusing her nap so I’ve been letting her stay up and sleep earlier for bedtime. First night she was overtired and woke up crying few times and 2nd night she did the same. Although she is having 12 hours of sleep overall I don’t understand why she keeps waking up crying from overti...
What time does your little one typically wake up for the day ahead?
I have read many posts about LOs now having a pillow /a pillow and duvet. My lo moves so much in the night, she literally ends up at the top of the bed and sometimes rotates 180 degrees. I keep thinking it might not be safe for a pillow duvet, am I being too cautious?
Hey all, tried everything but LO is only sleeping 10 hours at night and 1 hour day time sleep :( Tried later bed time, earlier bed time, adjusting nap time. We are active in the day so she is getting tired but wakes at 5.30am and won't nap till 10m till 2pm. Happy during wake windows. Feel like she isn't getting ...
Anyone else’s little one randomly waking at 5am each morning? Yesterday it was 4am.
Helppp! So I got up at 2am with my lb, changed nappy, fed, burped and back to sleep by 3am - great! But nearly 2 hours later I’m still awake, just tossing and turning and can’t for the life of me get back to sleep 😫 Anyone else been the same? Any tips/tricks? Want to get my sleep whilst little one is asleep!
