Sick and tired of contact naps?!

How do I stop contact naps I'm at the end of my tether now 😬 she will easily do a 2 or 3 hour contact nap but in the bed it's 20 to 30 minutes and to get it to go further I have to stay in the bedroom with her. I honestly have no time to do anything the house is a mess we have barely any clothes because the laundry pile is so high. I just don't know what to do, she is a sleepy baby and gets overtired FAST if she doesn't have enough sleep. Been trying with 1 bed nap a day for a month now and there's been zero progression 😩

Hey, not much advice really but just came here to say my baby is 5 months old and will no longer contact nap and I miss it haha, so I guess they will grow out of it soon maybe anyway! Also can you baby wear in a sling? That way they can sleep and you can get stuff done?

Definitely try a sling or something but have you got no one else that can do things for you? You can easily chuck clothes in the wash while she whinges but if someone else could come and do longer jobs like hanging up and folding then it could help a lot. Or can you sit with her on you while folding? It's a massive faff but eventually you get used to it once you work out a different way of folding

Please try a baby carrier/sling it is a game changer it does make your back hurt if you wear it for too long.
