Pillow and duvet
I have read many posts about LOs now having a pillow /a pillow and duvet. My lo moves so much in the night, she literally ends up at the top of the bed and sometimes rotates 180 degrees. I keep thinking it might not be safe for a pillow duvet, am I being too cautious?

Ok. Mine also has a sleep bag. How about a cotbed?
I’d wait until u take one side off of the cot bed, I was told not to introduce it into a cot as it can be a suffocation risk - if the pillow went down the side etc x

My LO is still in a sleeping bag, she has her “blankie” which she uses as a comforter but I wouldn’t introduce a pillow and duvet until she’s in a bed x
