Did a cervical check this morning and she said I was less than 1cm dilated, however that I was 80% effaced and that my cervix was very soft so she thinks I’ll go into labor “soon.” Just curious, How long did it take for y’all to go into labor after being 80% effaced? Google says a couple days lol

So my waters broke at 3am started having mild contractions until 5 am, decided to go back to sleep till 8:30am- at what point do I call triage? Is it when the contractions start to pick up?
