I got this personalized one for my 3yo and he is loving it! Quite pricey but I think is worth it. https://www.wonderbly.com/uk/personalized-products/new-sibling-for-you-book?aa_query=585592d01ea79d6857a919ec220a5cdf&aa_sku=new-sibling-for-you&aa_index=products_uk

I did these things to help post partum with a toddler (14 months between them) I’ll list them briefly: - 1st in a routine & sleeping through the night - Showing 1st gentle with stuffed toys/dolls etc. - Safe play space (sectioned part of room, toy rotation everyday) - Spend time 1 on 1 with 1st and with both. 1st involved around baby as much as possible. - baby backpack gift - bulk prep easy meals, easy reheat meals & snacks (slow cooker dump meals/lasagna/etc) - meal prepping - utilising supermarket delivery services - rely on whatever supports you need: nursery, family, friends, go to play groups or library rhyme time, go for walks - look after you, have easy hand held snack esp if breastfeeding - I used to have granola/muesli bars or something similar and lots of water every where. - my first was very independent and was walking and climbing on things himself. let me know if you would like anything extra/clarification x

@Sharnee that’s amazing thank you! I love the idea of showing how to be gentle with a doll!

@Ana we have a few of these books already didn’t know about the new sibling one will definitely get that!

@Kate it really helped my first. He would come over while I was bf and gently pat baby on the head or stroke his hair.
