37 weeks it’s so early! Majority of babies are born between 39 and 41 weeks so I wouldn’t expect anything to be happening now. Some women don’t dilate at all until they go into labour. That being said, I’m 2cm dilated (have been for a little while) and have only just started to lose my plug in the last 24 hours, I’m due tomorrow. Definitely wouldn’t stress about it. You’re still early term

I didn’t give birth until 40+1 so 37 weeks is still early. I think I lost my mucus plug a week before I gave birth

@Becca thank you so much this makes me feel better, just seen so many posts in my group of women losing their mucus plugs from like 34 weeks for example or being same gestation as me and already being like 3 cm dilated!! xx

@Ana thank you!

Don’t worry! I didn’t have any bloody show and didn’t lose my mucus plug until my waters broke at 39+1 & I literally saw it sliding down my leg along with a lot of water!!

@Taliah thank you for replying!

It’s still early momma, don’t stress yourself

Lost my mucus plug after dr did membrane sweep at 39 weeks and had bloody show at the same time. Gave birth at 40+1 weeks

Lost my plug yesterday- 39+3. Still no baby yet. Agree with all the others still early!

no, that doesn’t mean anything! you’re still early. lots of women never lose their mucus plug or bloody show

I was 41+1 when I got induced and didn't lose my mucus plug until after my contractions had already started due to induction

Dilation doesn’t have to occur until labor starts. Don’t stress. Just try to relax. Get a massage

I didn’t have my bloody show/ lose my mucus plug until my contractions started and I was in labour (39+6). Yes some may lose their mucus plug sometime before labour but that doesn’t mean that’s the case for everyone.

I didn’t lose my mucus plus/have bloody show until I was 40+4 when I started contracting then gave birth 40+5. Like others have said, it’s still early! x
