Anyone found a good wedge pillow like this? Not sure I want a massive u shaped pillow and I flip sides constantly during the night so thinking this might be a good option.

Which pads is everyone buying for after having their baby? Not sure if there’s specific maternity/post partum ones or if it’s just any thick ones?

Hiya everyone! I am only 4 months pregnant and had my first leg spasm and cramp last night! Was in absolute agony and have been told using a pregnancy pillow will help. Does anyone have any suggestions for which they’ve found most comfortable?

Any tips on hip pain while sleeping? I use a pregnancy pillow and have a pillow between my legs and nothing seems to help.

What worked for you and what didn’t? I had the baby bub last pregnancy and I liked that it was little and didn’t take up too much space but I don’t think it worked that well. I’m struggling here lol

Hey all - any recs for a good changing mat (wasn't planning on bothering with a table)? I know they have the wedge anti-roll style which look quite good, as do the Mama's & Papa's ones with the little pillow which aren't a cold material so might be preferable for baby. Any suggestions much appreciated ❤️
