Struggling

I am really struggling living in Utah, where I already felt like an outsider because I’m not Mormon. I have no friends, no one to hang out with, no one to talk to, nothing. I’m beyond lonely and wish I could move back to St. Louis and be with my family and friends.

Hating my life

I hate my life so much right now. Today is my birthday and not a single person in my house even acknowledged it. Not even a simple happy birthday, no hugs, nothing. Not until I had major melt down and started crying did anyone even care. I should be used to nobody actually caring about me. I'm just around to take ca...

I am so unhappy

There's no real point to this post really, I guess somewhere to speak freely and no one know me. I'm so unhappy. I'm so unhappy with my weight and I don't feel like my husband actually loves me and is purely with me now for convenience. I'm due out tonight with some friends, this is my first night out since having ...

I love my kids so much but any other moms out there without support from family maybe some friends but you don’t have anyone to help look after your kids so you can enjoy yourself. Been feeling down some because my friends get to go out

Enjoy life because they are lucky to have supportive family in their life. They tell me so much about all their trips and events they get to go to without their babies or big kids . Don’t get me wrong I do go out with my kids we go skating, and other cool kid friendly places but having them with me all the time for ...

Why???!!!!

Why is being a mom so lonely ??🙁 🥺 .....yes we are busy juggling life. Sleep deprived most days. At the Sametime we are indeed the only ones who indeed knows what we're going thru wholeheartedly. It's hard out here enough. We need to be there for each other more and be able to lean on one another simply because we…

Is going out too much work or is it just me?

Y'all my son is 6 months. Before he was born I used to actively go out, either alone or with friends. Since I've had him I rarely go out. It just seems like so much work. Is this just me or does anyone else feel like that?

Today's generation and society just freaking sucks.

What happened to everything and everyone? Everyone is becoming a butthurt pansy about everything. Believe they're entitled to literally everything. Used to have discipline but somehow that's now frowned upon and acting as if it's a surprise, we've lost where we've come from, including history and rolls are starting ...

Stuck in a rut

Hi all! FTM with a 1yr old here, I'm a stay at home mum and I'm really struggling with the same routine day in and day out. I don't drive so I'm a bit isolated from my family and friends (though friends seek far between since the baby came) I'm finding my mood is really low, my patience is at a zero, I'm not eating ...

Feeling guilty about not working

I know I shouldn't be feeling this way and that looking after my little one IS a form of work, but do any of you fellow SAHMs feel guilty about not having a job anymore? We're not starving or risk losing the house but since having our child we have not been able to afford ANY luxuries such as the occasional outing (...
