hey im not in NJ but anxiety is a dark place . i made s prayer wall in my closet with post its , up lifting quotes and has helped me so much through postpartum and daily mom life

Word sneaks up on you too

I’m so gonna do that. I don’t prioritize myself even especially with my praying. Thanks for that great idea.

Breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, exercise, aiming for eating mostly whole foods & keep sugar & processed foods to a minimum. The thing that's helped me the most is microdosing psilocybin mushrooms. 🍄 Microdosing is regularly consuming a very small amount of a psychedelic substance (usually 5–10% of a regular dose) with the intention of improving one’s quality of life. It does NOT cause classic psychedelic effects and you're able to function 100% normally. I highly recommend the documentary “How To Change Your Mind” on Netflix. It’s based on the book of the same name by Michael Pollan. It consists of four episodes and gives insights into the psychedelic drugs LSD, psilocybin, MDMA and mescaline as well as their uses in psychedelic therapy.

Prayer, drawing, writing out how I feel. If I have someone to watch the kids I walk by the waterfront. Sometimes I cry to just let it out rather than keeping it bottled in

So this is normal? I’ve been struggling for 3 years after i had my son. I go to therapy. But i hate it

Only when I’m worried about finance and child care

Same after having my daughter. It’s been going on for 3 years

I doubt it’s normal but therapy helped a little. I was able to talk to some of the stressors in my life that was making anxious. If you don’t like it try changing therapist

**I was able to talk about the stressors in my life that was making me anxious**

Yoga, meditation sounds, spoke to a therapist, lavender, cut sugar, and carbs way down and added in way more walking, and it's helped a lot

Ive been strugglinggggggg since pregnancy and recently started taking ashwaganda and wow what a game changer. U just have to watch the dose and not take too much.

Have you talked to your doctor about medication
