Longer let down?

Is there a way other than latching and power pumping which I'm already doing what can I do to make my milk come in for longer? Based on baby's swallow sounds, milk only flows for two minutes, then is a trickle, and she's still hungry. If I don't pump the other boob while she's feeding the milk goes away so I can't...

If she does nap Inthe day it is only ever less than 30 mins but will contact nap for 2.5 hours! 🙈 I want to start getting things done in the day and would love to be able to put her down!

Can you mix thawed breast milk from different days?

New to pumping and only made half an ounce today! I would like to freeze this in a bag and then if I make another ounce tomorrow freeze that in a separate bag. Then when I need to use it, thaw bags separately and mix in one bottle for a full feeding? Sorry I’m being so tedious ! Anxious mum here!

Milk

Anyone Else had this. My little girl has been on cows milk from start of September just before she turned one on advice from health visitor when she had her 10 month check. Ever since then she’s struggling with constipation to the point she’s inconsolable crying and she’s making herself bleed. It’s been 6/7 weeks...

Relactation

My son was born May 21st and we started off breastfeeding, but it didn’t work out so well and he had allergies. I ended up saving some of my milk and used it yesterday in combination with his formula. He had no reactions whatsoever and did perfectly fine. I know it’s gonna be more challenging now that he’s 5 months....

Does anyone use the tommee tippee GoPrep flask??

I use the Milton cold water steriliser and obviously sterilise the flask after each use however I just wash the lid in hot soapy water and then wipe down with Milton spray as obviously I don’t want to damage the sensor on the lid. I notice when reading the booklet it says you can sterilise the lid using a UV steri...

Feeding Time

Is anyone else really struggling with feeding time? My LO is 19 weeks and every single time I feed him, it’s an absolute battle. I’ve tried going up a teat size, different bottles, changing environments etc but it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference. He’s at that stage where he’s extremely nosey, but I j...

Two nights ago my partner decided he will be sleeping in the guest bedroom because he’s not sleeping well with the baby (10 months old) waking up due to teething pain. Her cot is in our bedroom even though she has her own room. My partner and I are intimate about once a month, maybe twice sometimes. Now we don’t eve...

Naps (or lack of!)

Hi all I feel like I’ve tried every trick/tip there is to extend my babies day time naps, it works for one nap or a day then the next it stops working. She is 5.5 months old and her evening sleep is pretty good so I’m not going to complain about it, I’m just putting her down as a cat napper. My question is - do n...
