Green stringy poos

Baby is 12 nearly 13 weeks. Doing a few quite green and almost stringy poos. (Have got a picture that I could post). He is breast fed. Seen that it could be due to not getting the fatty milk? Has anyone else had this? Any advice would be appreciated.

So I was cleaning this morning and found one of my tablets I take for restless legs on the floor, quickly realised one was missing. I called 111 straight away and explained the situation, a doctor called me back and said to just monitor for a couple of hours. At the end of the call she said it has been passed to sa...

She’s never been constipated before, always has soft runny type of poop so I’m surprised. We haven’t started any soli...

Always constipated

My 9 month old is ALWAYS constipated. She was given Lactulose from the doctor which we give morning and evening but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. She drinks a lot of water, we've tried all the P's like they recommend (prunes, peaches, pears, plums), plenty of fruit and veg. We've even tried a small amount ...

Our 7 week old has reflux symptoms, sick after most feeds (not projectile), unsettled around 10 mins after feeds. We have to hold her upright after feeds. Poos are normal and don’t have mucus/blood in them. Generally seems like an unsettled baby, when she’s awake she’s normally fussing or feeding, there’s the odd mo...

We have to give her 2oz of prune juice mixed in her bottles for her to poop on her own. She has to push and it is a little soft...
