How to prevent my son from going through 2-3 diapers on the changing table?

Any tips? I change his diaper and he immediately goes again. He’s 4 weeks old. Normal? Or can u do anything to save a diaper or two in one session? How to make him go before a diaper change? Thanks. First time mom.

Going out when baby is teething

My baby is teething and is more needy/wants attention, I prefer going out at times like this so he is a bit more distracted with other things and so I don't feel guilty not giving him enough attention etc. I wanted to attend a baby group but as he is a little snotty (due to the teething) is it bad to bring him to a...

Teething

For the past few weeks, my baby has really been struggling with teething - he’s been putting his fingers in his mouth loads, drooling, waking up crying in pain and just generally being fussy. The past week or so things have really stepped up a notch, he’s more fussy and he’s got a little rash on his chin from all th...

Wet diapers at 20months?

Hey all! I’m curious to know, how many diapers your toddler is going through in a day. I definitely feel like it gets full more than 6 changes and she isn’t showing signs of potty training yet. Not sure exactly when that’ll happen. Anyway, she drinks consistently throughout the day so i dont know when it’ll slow down

Time outs

What's everyone's opinion on time outs? Do they work? I want a form of disciplining my child without resorting to spanking. She's 21 months so Im wondering if thats still too young to do time outs.

Potty question

At daycare we’ve tried putting our 2.5 years old boy in underwear for the week and sometimes he’ll have accidents pee and poo. Sometimes he says when he needs to go sometimes not. He definitely doesn’t poop in the toilet So I’m wondering do I continue to put underwear and no diaper because he can pee on the potty ...

Hate kissing my husband 🤢

I absolutely hate kissing I think it’s so gross , the saliva exchange and idea of smelling someone’s breath makes me feel sick. It’s awkward because my husband is a kissy person and will want a kiss and I can’t help but pull away. I can tell he gets quite offended

New puppy and going out in the garden

We're picking up our new puppy very soon at 8 weeks old and the breeder said not to let her out in the garden for the first two weeks. Does that sound right? Everywhere I've read says that it's OK for them to be out in gardens, just not outside in areas where other dogs/ wild animals have been. For outside walks we ...
