Ive heard good things about ikeas toddler pillow but Im no where near an ikea and they wont deliver something that small, links to any other good pillows for toddlers will be much appreciated!

My sister in law suggested getting a nursing pillow as she used hers all the time but I’m not sure which one to get. Some from Amazon have mixed reviews (poor quality, not firm enough for a newborn etc) and others are really expensive and I’m not sure if they’re worth the money. I know it's super early but has anyone bought one yet? I've been struggling to sleep for 2-3 weeks now and get a lot of round ligament pain on a night I prefer the look of the small ones that go front and back with a knee pillow but unsure if those are comfy or if the bigger L or U shaped are best

Is a hot water bottle safe to use on your back during pregnancy as it’s very hot and I don’t know if it had to be a certain temp like when they tell you not to have hot baths?

Pregnant with my first, 12 weeks and uncomfortable already. Looking at pregnancy pillows and just looking for some recommendations.
