Duvet & pillow
Has anyone introduced a duvet and pillow yet? Could anyone recommend what tog to get please? I’ve seen a few online which are 4 tog? Is this suitable please 😊

They're not suitable until about the age of 2 or later. Until then use sleeping bags to be safe.
I thought a pillow and duvet was ok from 1?
We use both 🙂. 4 tog atm yes. The silent night cotbed ones x
I thought they shouldn’t be introduced in a cot due to safe sleeping regulations, so unless they’re in a bed then I wouldn’t introduce yet! ☺️
We have got both and he sleeps so much better with them, he always slept better with a pillow when he was having naps and he wouldn't fall asleep in his own cot when I put his pillow in he started too. It's a 4 tog and it's keeps him that much warmer than his blanket use too xx
