Last minute advice please

Apparently I’m slightly terrified of actually getting this baby out. Having contractions every few minutes hospital is just waiting on them getting stronger, mucus plug gone, waters slowly leaking, bouta have a 35 weeker. Tips for labor, advice, moral support, anything please I’m genuinely so scared and have no idea what I’m about to go through.

Hey, honestly when you get to hospital they will be staff and a midwife and they will support you and take you through everything step by step. There will be pain relief options If you want it and loads of other support techniques. I was also scared but we literally just went step by step and then before I knew it, I had a baby. The midwives do this everyday, theybare there to get you to the otherside. Just be kind to yourself, breathe, remind yourself you can do this, everyone else does! You have got this! X

It is really scary when you have never experienced this before but you got this ! And you will be so happy to see this little face soon x

Try to relax - your baby is coming no matter how you feel so trust that your body knows what to do. Try to close your eyes and breathe through the contractions (in for 4 through nose, out for 8 through mouth) and tell yourself that you can do it - because you can!! X

Are you having antibiotics? I went into labour at 36 weeks and everything was absolutely fine, just stay calm. You can do this, you were literally built for this and it isn’t as bad as you see on tv. Take it step by step and if you need pain relief just ask for it. You will be fine ❤️

YOU GOT THIS!!! Inundate yourself with positive thoughts and trust in the medical team around you! I’ll be as terrified as you are but trust yourself in your capabilities and it what your amazing body can do!
