Have you tried watering it down? Then slowly add more and more water til it’s just water

@Ciara I tried this in the beginning, I can try again tho now that’s he a lil older. He stopped taking them after a while and he would just screeeeeam lol.

Are they not supposed to have milk before bed?? My son still drinks 6-8 oz a night before bed. Not in his crib tho, like part of our bedtime routine. Should I stop??

@Beth it’s not good for them to have milk after their teeth have been brushed for the night because of the sugars in it

Oh we brush teeth after!! Thanks!

I know this isn't what you want to hear but.....cold turkey. It'll be a rough 2-3 nights but he will start to adjust. We went through something similar with my son's favorite paci/teether. He was severely dependent on it for sleep time. We took it away and made sure to give him extra love during bedtime prep which included massages with calming lotion, a stuffie to snuggle with and some calming room spray. Surprisingly after night 3, he fussed much less and we were able to get him to sleep with ease without his crutch. After about 5 days, he stopped waking up in the middle of the night looking for it

I have no advice, just wanted to say my son is wearing the exact same pj's right now! I just love them.

Kids should have mill at least 1 Once a day until they are 5 and bed time is a great time for that helps them to sleep better. They say as an adult milky drink b4 sleep will help u relax why theys hot chocolate and ovalteen drinks to help relax and help u feel sleepy. He drinking from a beaker so ain't a bad thing as he grows bit more warm milk and a cookie b4 he goes to bed I say my daughter at 15%18 and 20 still have a milky drink b4 bed and so do I especially in the colder months

@Ciara I thought about watering in down but wasn’t sure it was safe (Idky) my son also will ONLY fall asleep with milk. He will nap fine without but bedtime. No way
