How to get milk supply back?

Hiya everyone! Basically I was apart from my baby for over a week for health reasons and wasn’t able to pump in the meantime, so she’s been bottle feeding. And then I was recovering for a week following too. I want to try breast feeding and expressing again, but I’ve found that I can’t get one drop out. I’m trying not to stress myself out with it, because she’s taking to bottle feeding really well and she’s healthy, but I’d like to give her some of my milk too if I can. Does anyone have any advice on getting a milk supply back? I’m currently massaging and using my pump to try and stimulate but it’s not worked yet

Pump pump pump. At least 10-12 times a day. Drink plenty.. if struggling reach out to your local lactation consultant :)

Snuggle your baby, drink, eat and pump as much as you can!

Try to get your baby to sniff and suckle at the breast before a feed even if you then give a bottle right after, it will stimulate your nipples that baby needs milk. Definitely agree with above too!

Power pumping… 20 minutes pumping, 10 minute break, 10 minutes pumping, 10 minute break, 10 minutes pumping Lots of skin to skin. Breast feed as much as you can throughout the day Good luck x

I had this problem as well, i would say drink lots of fluids through out the day and breastfeed as much as can
